Ceramics are breakable, and while it doesn't happen often, sometimes things break. If you receive a package that is damaged in transit, please please please take lots of photos of the damaged box and contents. If the damage was my fault, I will be happy to refund you or replace the piece with a new one (this may take a few weeks) or send you a different piece.
I you receive a piece, and it just wasn't what you wanted, I will refund you the cost of the piece after you return it to me. However, you are responsible for the return cost on shipping, and it must arrive as well packaged as it was sent to you. If it breaks in transit on its way back, we will just have to take it on a case-by-case basis. At the end of the day, my goal is for everyone to be happy, so please don't hesitate to email me with any questions/concerns you have.
